Technology will keep on evolving. Brilliant and innovative minds will go beyond the obvious to create new path breaking products or services which will change lot many perspectives of the present. #ChatGPT is one such piece of ##software which has caught fancy of the world.
People are taking a look at it. How it will take away jobs, How it destroys creativity of the children , last few months has been an abundance of suggestion and lot of conjuring
#AI or #Artificial Intelligence tries to mimic what us humans can do without much of an effort. We based on our age, education, understanding of the world respond to various situations , in variety of ways with a plethora of responses. Humans have the baggage of emotions and thus can react differently for same situation or can have different answer for same question .
This bogey of emotions clouding the judgement can be mitigated by #algorithms which create highest weighted responses as answers . The learning, training or tuning the algorithm comes as the most important part of the AI puzzle which reinforces the learning as part of higher weight to correct responses and lower to relatively wrong ones.
Creating AI or working in the field of AI is all about algorithms. How to traverse data/tree, How to arrive at the best responses and dish that to the end-user.
#Google Search/AI, #Alexa have all been part of AI wave. Chat-GPT (Generative Pre-Training Transformer) from #OpenAI is a chatbot which uses #NL , #ML and #AI in a way which is far closer to way human beings converse or interact. As it is responding real time in a natural way , responses seem much more human like.
Chat-GPT is a winner when it comes to user interface and how simple it is to be used by anyone. Fire in your query and Chat-GPT comes out with an answer. Though many times answers can be wrong or misleading. Though while testing we found it to answer general questions, coding issues, being able to create simple websites in an effortless manner.
Along with the good things, lot of criticism is being heard on how students, young learners can get influenced and originality will also take a hit. Also a major issue has been the accuracy, how reliable is the training data and ability to crawl the internet for responses if weights were to be decided.
For me technology is always evolving and this is not the last piece of innovation we are seeing. With more #processing power and higher #bandwiths / #speed it is interesting times ahead.
